Glimmers - Framed Original Robin Painting

Appreciating the small things that might otherwise pass us by has always been a joy of mine. Little things that soothe our souls. I recently found out that in the mental health care profession, these micro-moments are called glimmers.

This painting is full of little things that bring me joy.. texture, patterns, little doodles in the moss, the rich warm colours of the robin’s chest against the cool lilacs and blue greys in his feathers.
