We aim to process your order within 3 working days. Items available from the studio are sent directly and items ordered via third party companies (ie fine art printers) can take around a week to process before shipping. Please see details in each listing regarding expected turnaround times.
Currently the website only accepts orders from within the UK. Please contact us if you’d like your order shipped abroad. We hope to add international shipping soon.
Delayed/Lost items - Please contact us in the first instance if you have not received your item & we will endeavour to help. Royal Mail does not consider items lost until 10 working days after due date for 1st & 2nd class and 5 working days after due date for Special Delivery.
Packaging - Where possible we re-use packaging, much of which comes from the retail industry. Due to this, your items may arrive in “second hand” packaging, although this is not to the detriment to the protection of your items in transit.
Unfortunately we are not entirely plastic free, however we do use non-plastic options where possible and it is our intention to source plastic free and more environmentally friendly packaging once we require new stock.
We hope that you love your Anj Art item but should you change your mind and wish to make a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You have 14 days from that date of contact to return your item.
We will refund the item price and original shipping paid back to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving your item back.
Personalised goods, such as commissioned paintings, are exempt from returns unless they are faulty.
Unfortunately we cannot pay return postage unless your item is faulty and so the return postage is the buyers responsibility.
It is wise to use a recorded postal service as we cannot refund for products lost or damaged in return transit.
Items must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Any items received back unsaleable will be part refunded depending on condition.
