Refund policy

We hope that you love your Anj Art item but should you change your mind and wish to make a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You have 14 days from that date of contact to return your item.

We will refund the item price and original shipping paid back to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving your item back.

To start a return, you can contact us at anj-art@hotmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2 Midseat Cottage, Bathgate, West Lothian EH47 8AA

It is wise to use a recorded postal service as we cannot refund for products lost or damaged in return transit.

Items must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Any items received back unsaleable will be part refunded depending on condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised goods, such as commissioned paintings, are exempt from returns unless they are faulty. Unfortunately we cannot pay return postage unless your item is faulty and so the return postage is the buyers responsibility.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
